Development Envelope

To guarantee the utmost privacy, each development envelope has covenants and restrictions designed to maximize views and create favorable exposures while minimizing the visible footprint of each house.

Each homestead contains a choice of building sites within development envelopes already approved by Summit County and the Association. Owners have the choice of selecting a home site anywhere within the development envelope. Homes, barns, caretaker units, and all accessory buildings will be constructed within the development envelope.
